February Council Social

Thursday, Feb. 25th

Our monthly Council Social for February will feature an Italian theme. It will be held in the SEAS Social Hall on Thursday, February 25th at 6:30pm.

Bring your favorite Italian food or dessert to share, and enjoy the company of your Brother Knights and their families!

40 Days for Life

Feb. 17 - Mar. 28

While all aspects of 40 Days for Life are crucial in our effort to end abortion, the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil outside the local abortion or Planned Parenthood facility.

Please consider signing up for the prayer vigil this Lent. Information is available at http://www.40daysforlife.com/greenville, and there is even a schedule available there to see what times are not yet covered.

St. Patrick's Day dinner

Saturday, Mar. 13th

The Council 8182 St. Patrick's Day dinner will be held on Saturday, March 13th. We are again going to have a live band with Bote, a local Irish style band, entertaining us all.

Please plan on attending our dinner, featuring corned beef, cabbage, potato, colcannon and dessert for only $7.50/adult and $3.00/child, or a $20.00 maximum per family. Tickets will be available after Mass starting February 27th and 28th.

Business Meeting

Thursday, March 11th

Our next Council Business meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 11th.

The main way to stay up-to-date with all of our Council functions is to attend our meetings.

Food for the Hungry

Every Event

Please participate in our “Food for the Hungry” program by bringing non-perishable canned and dry goods to any and all council functions. Your generous donations will be distributed by the SEAS St. Vincent DePaul Society and the St.Anthony’s food pantry.

Eucharistic Adoration

March 5th

The next First Friday Eucharistic Adoration is March 5th. Benediction is at 6 PM. Please sign up on the bride's room door. Come spend an Hour with Jesus. We need at least 3 people per hour.

Pray the Rosary

Every Sunday

Come pray the Rosary on Sundays at 10:25 AM, between Masses. Come early or stay late, but come pray with us.

It does a body (and soul) good!
