Brother Knights,

This past weekend I attended the 90th State Convention in Myrtle Beach, SC. I am happy to tell you that we received 2 Awards for this Fraternal Year, Distinguished Council and Scrapbook Award. I would like to congratulate all of you on being recognized for all of the hard work that has been put forth this year. We are looking forward to getting STAR COUNCIL this year, and we need your help.

As for the previous months, there were only a few activities held by the council. The Ladies Auxiliary held their annual Easter Egg hunt with great success again, and we have had 1 Breakfast Buffet. The Ladies are hosting a Western Dinner and Dance on May 21st at the SEAS Social Hall. If you would like more information about this event please contact Carol Ohrn at carolohrn@charter.net.

In the next few months, I would like for all of you to think about ideas, such as events, fund raisers, etc. that can be put on the calander for next year.
